1. Who we are

The kwintex.ee website is operated by Osaühing Kwintex (Kwintex OÜ), Estonian registry code 11190699, registered at Tartu mnt 21c, 41538 Jõhvi linn, Jõhvi vald, Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia. References below to "we", "us", and "Kwintex" mean this company.

2. Acceptance

By using kwintex.ee or submitting a quote-request, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.

3. What this site is for

kwintex.ee is an informational marketing website. It exists to let you learn about our manufacturing capabilities, our products, and our process, and to give you a way to send us a quote-request. The site does not display binding prices, does not accept online orders, and does not create a customer account or login.

Submitting a quote-request does not create a contract. We will reply by email or phone, and any order, sample, or production arrangement is concluded through a separate written agreement we send you and you sign.

4. Acceptable use

When using kwintex.ee, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable EU or Estonian law
• Send false, misleading, or fraudulent quote-requests, or submit anyone else's personal data without authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system
• Interfere with the operation of the site — e.g. by introducing malware, scraping at a rate that degrades service, or running automated bots without our prior written consent
• Copy, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written consent

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the site where necessary to protect the site, our business, or other users.

5. Intellectual property

All content on kwintex.ee — including text, photographs, illustrations, the product-silhouette SVGs, logos, and the underlying source code — is the property of Kwintex OÜ or its licensors, and is protected by Estonian and EU copyright law.

The "Kwintex" name and logo are used by Kwintex OÜ in commerce and may not be used in a misleading or confusing manner without our prior written consent. The name and mark are not presently registered with the Estonian Patent Office or EUIPO.

You may view, download, and print pages from kwintex.ee for personal, non-commercial reference, or to evaluate us as a potential supplier. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, automated scraping, dataset extraction, or use of our content for training machine-learning systems — requires our prior written consent.

6. Content you submit

When you submit a quote-request, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and given freely
• You have the right to share any attached drawings, specifications, images, or other materials
• You are not sharing third-party confidential information without authorisation

You retain ownership of anything you submit. We use your submission only to respond to your enquiry — see our Privacy Notice for the full data-handling detail.

7. No warranty

We make reasonable efforts to keep kwintex.ee accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the site is free from errors, complete, current, or uninterrupted, nor do we guarantee that the site or its server is free from malicious code or harmful components. Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes; it is not a binding offer, technical specification, or commitment to manufacture at a particular price or lead time. Binding terms are set out in the written agreement we send you for a specific order.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, Kwintex OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of kwintex.ee, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights you have as a consumer under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.

9. Links to other sites

kwintex.ee may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following a link from kwintex.ee is at your own discretion.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation is subject to the jurisdiction of Viru Maakohus, Jõhvi kohtumaja (Viru County Court, Jõhvi Courthouse), Estonia, as the court of our registered seat, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
